Programme content

The Master’s in Project Management and Data Science at HTW Berlin will help you to successfully manage and supervise high-level projects in an international environment – as well as define, process and interpret extensive datasets to carry out analysis across different disciplines.

Part of the modules are delivered with 75% of the content as live sessions and 25% as self-directed learning using our eLearning tool, Moodle.

Course of studies MPMD

E-Learning (EL): Teaching takes place in synchronous and asynchronous form. Teaching in synchronous form takes place online in the presence of the teacher and the students. Teaching in asynchronous form includes a variety of didactically different electronic-technical supported teaching and learning formats, which are made available to the students online.

Practical activities (PA) put your skills into practice. Here you work on real practical tasks as a group.

PC Activities (PCA) involve you working with special software in an IT lab.

In a project seminar (PS) you work together with other students on a problem and try to solve it using scientific methods. The course consists of a mixture of presentations and discussions.
