Working on a real-life project in international teams, together with students from Vienna and Dortmund, is at the heart of this module. In 10 weeks and 4 sprints, you will manage a project from the kick-off meeting with representatives of the company responsible for the project to the presentation of your solutions in a professional setting.

The module gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of international project management in a real-life environment. Upon completion of this module, you will be able to

• analyse and assess the challenges of global projects,
• lead virtual teams,
• evaluate alternative problem-solving scenarios for international projects and make decisions in this situation and
• design organisational concepts for international projects.
