| Learning outcome/ competencies | Change is everywhere – but making it work in practice is still one of the biggest challenges organisations face. This module takes a hands-on approach to understanding and leading change in real-world contexts. Throughout the course, you will work with a continuous case study of a company in transformation, allowing you to experience how change processes evolve over time. You will learn to analyse change situations, work with established frameworks such as APMG and ACMP, and apply practical tools to design and manage change effectively. A strong focus lies on the human side of change: understanding resistance, group dynamics and communication challenges. Through interactive exercises, role-plays and reflection, you will develop a deeper, experience-based understanding of how people respond to change – and how to engage them. You will also step into the role of a change leader: reflecting on your own strengths, experimenting with different leadership styles and learning how to act in complex and uncertain environments. The module is designed to be practical, interactive and reflective – equipping you not only with knowledge, but with the confidence and skills to navigate and shape change in your future professional roles. |
