Learning outcome/ competencies

A huge emphasis is placed on practical application within this module: the learning objective is geared toward the motto "Fit for the future of Europe". This module represents the ideal complement to round out your profile as project manager and data analyst, particularly with regard to the currentness of the skills and information accrued over the course your studies.

You will learn to identify and assess new technological trends and developments in the areas of Business Intelligence, Management Information Systems and Data Analytics. You will be given the opportunity to communicate your technological assessment to the management of a specific company.

The practical approach offered in this course will give you the chance to apply your knowledge in practice and simultaneously assess projects in a critical manner. You will work in close collaboration with companies and thus generate valuable contacts for your future career. Understanding of the conditions under which future employers, clients, decision-makers, colleagues and co-workers are operating will help you to develop a dialogue with these groups quicker and achieve your own personal goals.
